If you are a Filecloud user on an older version of Windows or want to map Filecloud Desktop to a drive letter, then you should use Novell NetDrive. You can download NetDrive from here. Install it and go to the next step.
Right-click the NetDrive icon in your task bar and select Program Settings...
Click the Cache tab. Type 500 into the box next to the "Amount of disk space to use" slider bar. CHECK the box labeled "Expire Directory Listing After (x) Seconds" and UNCHECK "Expire Files After (X) Seconds" - leave the values on the right set to defaults. You may optionally specify a different folder for your cache, but the default folder is fine for most basic users. Click OK

Right-click the NetDrive icon in your taskbar again and select Open NetDrive
Click the New Site button
Enter a name for your network drive in the first box (Filecloud Desktop will do), and https://desktop.filecloud.com in the second box, then click the Finish button
Ensure that "Server Type:" for Filecloud Desktop is set to WebDAV. You may select any drive letter for Filecloud Desktop that you want unless it is already in use, X: is default. "Connect at login/startup" is optional. Uncheck "Anonymous/Public Logon" and enter your Filecloud user name and password into the corresponding boxes. "Save Password" is optional. Then click Connect
My Computer should open and reveal your Filecloud Desktop connection under Network Drives. You can access it by double clicking it in My Computer, or by typing the drive letter you assigned to it in the Address bar of your browser just like you would to get to your C:\ drive, for instance. You may now use your Filecloud space exactly like your hard drive by dragging and dropping multiple files, renaming, deleting, etc.

Be sure and set your default file restriction! Any file or folder added via Filecloud Desktop will use this setting.
