FileCloud has long offered federated search, PII visibility, and content classification based on metadata and content.<\/p>\n<p>With the latest release, FileCloud brings new enhancements to the Content Classification engine that powers FileCloud\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filecloud.com\/smart-classification-intelligent-classification-to-organize-and-secure-enterprise-content\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Smart Content Classification<\/a>, <strong>including artificial intelligence, a visual rule builder, and a testing playground<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Admins can integrate FileCloud with OpenAI to classify content using artificial intelligence and natural language queries. In the previous iteration, FileCloud admins could enable automatic content scanning and metadata tagging for new files. In turn, this classification automated the application of sharing, retention, and DLP policies.<\/p>\n<p>However, this process required some knowledge of coding and syntax, restricting the functionality to individuals with a certain level of technical knowledge and confidence. With FileCloud v23.232, department heads, team leads, and other business managers with admin-level privileges can easily create classification rules to automate file upload and policy application!<\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s not all!<\/p>\n<p>Admins will also be able to test out rules with a built-in simulator before deploying them in their environment. Compliance templates for ITAR, GDPR, and HIPAA connected regulatory requirements directly with FileCloud solutions for data control, security, and privacy.<\/p>\n<p>As the compliance landscape has developed, so too has the Compliance Center. FileCloud v23.232 offers two new templates: the US Federal cybersecurity standard, NIST 800-171, and Saudi Arabia\u2019s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). FileCloud makes it easier than ever to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filecloud.com\/digital-rights-management-protect-track-and-control-your-confidential-documents\/\">share data using DRM protections<\/a> with our Secure Web Viewer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prevent Redistribution:<\/strong> The Secure Web Viewer shares an image of a file with collaborators, never the file itself. Recipients can only view the file, protecting it against redistribution.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protected View:<\/strong> The file can be \u201cshared\u201d with a limited visibility setting. The recipient can only view small sections of the file at one time. (Suitable for documents tagged as \u201cfor your eyes only\u201d or FYEO.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Secure Web Viewer is accessible directly within FileCloud, in the same menu as FileCloud\u2019s other hyper-secure sharing options. There is no need for users or admins to download a native client.
