Defense contractors, healthcare providers, and financial institutions required strict compliance with frameworks like CMMC, NIST 800-171, and HIPAA. At the same time, they needed to manage sensitive data, collaborate on large CAD and design files, and provide end users with a simple, intuitive experience.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional Windows file servers fell short, lacking real-time auditing, built-in compliance tools, and centralized governance. <a href=\"https:\/\/avataraplatform.com\/\">For Avatara<\/a>, the challenge was clear: they needed a modern, secure, and scalable file sharing solution that could integrate seamlessly into their managed IT platform.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why FileCloud?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>FileCloud stood out as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filecloud.com\/service-provider-case-study-avatara-filecloud\/\">the right choice for Avatara<\/a>, meeting goals for infrastructure management and customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>FileCloud\u2019s native S3 integration allowed Avatara to deliver high-performance storage entirely within its own secure data centers. Customers experienced file sharing as a native part of the Avatara Platform, presented under Avatara\u2019s own branding, while benefiting from FileCloud\u2019s advanced security and collaboration features behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Outcome<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>With FileCloud, Avatara turned file sharing and compliance into a core strength of its platform.
