Here is a way how you can recover your files if you have deleted accidentally or want them back for any reason.
File cloud offers the same features as the recycle bin that you have in your computer from where you can restore files /folders.
Recover deleted files:
In user portal click on account and you can find the recycle bin in drop down option.
Click on the recycle bin option which takes you to the folder containing all the deleted files and folders

Now you can select the files you want to restore and then download , move or copy the files to desired location.
