Creating a channel

To get started in AirSend, first create a channel that includes people, files, tasks and other information.

Create a new channel by going to the dashboard and clicking the "Create New Channel" icon.

A new channel creation dialog is shown:

Enter the following information to get started:

Channel Name: Provide a channel name to easily identify the channel. Typically channel names can be a subject, a client name, a transaction name etc. This is a required field.

Channel Description: This is an optional field that helps add additional information about the channel. This description is shown below the channel name in the channel display.
