For the Portuguese Mint, FileCloud is right on the money
Established in the 13th century, the Portuguese Mint (Imprensa Nacional-Casa
da Moeda, or INCM) is responsible for producing banknotes and coins for the
country of Portugal. Its printing section is responsible for printing regulatory
acts and the Official Journal of the government. The Portuguese Mint also has
the delicate job of balancing ease of internal and external communications
with security and accountability.
Old file sharing methods showing the strain
Like many other government organizations, the Portuguese Mint deals with
external partners and suppliers to get its work done. Up till this point, the Mint
had been using shared folders and old-fashioned email to share files outside the organisation. Download the case study to find out
how the adoption of FileCloud helped.
