We hope you are having a wonderful holiday season. The end of the year is a time for reflection and celebration. Looking back, 2021 was an amazing year for FileCloud, and we couldn’t have done it without you, so thank you! Here are some highlights:

Two Major FileCloud Releases
We celebrated the release of 21.1 and 21.2, with 21.3 on the way in January. Features such as workflow automation, a compliance center, a desktop edit client, Server performance and ServerLink enhancements, role-based admin users, keyboard accessibility, and MS Teams and OnlyOffice integrations offer greater security and control over data while also making content collaboration easier than ever. AirSend Teams
We released AirSend Teams, a robust feature of AirSend built to simplify work for people who manage companies, nonprofits, and other organizations. Learn more.

The FileCloud team has been working hard on FileCloud Version 21.3, which will be released in January, and we wanted to give a preview of some exciting new features. More information will be available soon.

Compliance Center for HIPAA and GDPR
We have expanded the compliance center to include support for HIPAA and GDPR compliance. Admins will be able to follow FileCloud’s built-in best practices suggestions to apply any necessary security and sharing settings for ITAR, HIPAA, and GDPR. The compliance center also makes it easy to export settings, policy violation reports, and event logs for archival and governance purposes or easy audits and reporting.

Google Docs Integration
With this integration, users will be able to create and edit Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides from FileCloud, making content collaboration and management even more convenient.

Improved Online Onboarding
Finally, FileCloud Online users will have a more straightforward admin interface that comes with the user portal which will help non-technical or non-IT users easily use FileCloud.
