FileCloud has received the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice Distinction for the fifth consecutive time!
92% of our customers would recommend us to a friend.
Unlike Dropbox, FileCloud offers an array of high security options such as built-in ransomware protection, customer managed encryption keys, private only sharing, endpoint backup, domain blacklisting, site sandbox, granular sub folder level permissions and detailed audit logs to protect and manage your enterprise data.
Dropbox phishing scams are a main source of large-scale ransomware attacks. Unlike Dropbox, FileCloud offers 360 degree ransomware protection that includes an heuristic content engine, unlimited file versioning, and endpoint backup to restore original files. Moreover FileCloud’s custom branding capabilities (login page image, branded emails templates and business domain) make spoofing attacks impossible with FileCloud.
FileCloud allows customers to choose their own encryption keys for increased security. Moreover, FileCloud supports the following encryption options when you use AWS S3: Server-Side Encryption with Amazon S3-Managed Keys (SSE-S3), Server-Side Encryption with AWS KMS-Managed Keys (SSE-KMS), and Server-Side Encryption with Customer-Provided Keys (SSE-C).
In addition to file sync and sharing, FileCloud also offers endpoint backup for your file servers, PCs, mobile phones, and tablets. You can select any number of folders from your file servers and computers and back them up with FileCloud.
FileCloud keeps track of complete audit logs (what, when, who, where and how). Detailed share analytics and logs of who uploaded, downloaded, deleted, and previewed files from your client portal are available anytime.
FileCloud’s Geo-IP report provides the total number of requests received from a geo-location. The Geo-IP report is displayed on an interactive world map in the admin dashboard.
FileCloud supports ACLs to allow custom permissions for file resources. Using granular permissions, organizations can build permission trees to protect sensitive data. Therefore, even if a folder is exposed via Drive or Sync clients, the client cannot modify the folder data, thus preventing any infection risk.
FileCloud offers domain blacklisting to ban file sharing with consumer email domains such as gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com. Admins can also protect users from sharing enterprise files to questionable domains.
FileCloud’s unique site sandbox architecture isolates every customer site from other customer sites for maximum security. FileCloud also provides the industry’s first ever guarantee to export files to an on-premises FileCloud system anytime. Maintain complete control over your organization data.
