Who can access ITAR information?

Only United States citizens operating from U.S. soil are permitted to access the United States Munitions List (USML) due to ITAR regulations. Technical data regarding the munitions listed on the USML cannot be shared with employees who are engaged outside the United States by American corporations with operations abroad. Additionally, American contractors are not permitted to share this information with non-American subcontractors. Access to ITAR data is restricted to foreign organizations with State Department authorization.
