AWS GovCloud with FileCloud Online

How It Works

FileCloud Online uses Amazon S3 storage services, which takes advantage of SSL encryption to secure data in transit. Admins can also configure different types of server-side encryption to protect data at rest. These options ensure clients have the IT infrastructure that best suits their needs.

When a new file is uploaded to FileCloud Online, a unique key is used to encrypt the file. This key is managed by AWS, so it can easily encrypt (or decrypt) files for authorized users within the secure FileCloud environment. Alternatively, customers can control own key in AWS Key Management Service (or) AWS GovCloud Key Management Service (or) their own secret 32-characters key.

Clients and teams are empowered with data security and encryption tools to ensure their data is stored and shared only with intended recipients. This encryption functions seamlessly with other FileCloud features like DLP, audit logs, and custom reporting.
